Are There Any Setup Fee's?
Yes, there is a setup fee equal to the first months retainer of $1,000. This covers the sales support we provide with unlimited done for you audits, client onboarding support calls, and initial creative & copy creation. 
Is There A Contract?
Each new account has a 90 day minimum. 

After the 90 day minimum, there is no contract. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time after the first 90 days. 
Will You Communicate Directly With My Client?
It's up to you. 

Our default is to support you live on client calls starting from the sales process in the audit consultation, through the client onboarding kick off call, and on to monthly client reporting calls. 

If you would like us to just communicate directly with you over email we can do that as well.  Just let us know if you would like to schedule an onboarding call or a monthly check in call.
Do You Write The Ad Copy?
When you join you are 100% covered, safe & protected by our 12-month money back guarantee.

Do You Have Any Volume Discounts?

Once you have 5 active clients we will drop the % of ad spend down to 8%.
Do I Need To Have A FunnelDash Account In Order To Use The Ad Management Services?
Yes.

All ad management clients must have their own FunnelDash account with their own billing details on file.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on your first 90 days as there is a 90 day minimum requirement. You are purchasing whitelabel service credits. One month of service includes equals $1,000.  If you pause or attempt to cancel services we will allow you to retain any amount paid in credits for up to 12 months to apply to a different client.  Whitelabel credits expire after 12 months.
